We obtained our new life by faith

, We obtained our new life by faith;

Once we were separated from God because of our sins, and not just separated but alienated from Him; the Bible says we were excluded; that means without hope and without God, Eph 2:12. Now before there is a new life there is a new birth. The new birth is the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. He convicts us of sin and helps us understand that our good works are insufficient in His eyes and can never makes us fit for heaven. But he also assures us of God’s love, and lead us to confess and repent of our sins and trust Jesus Christ as our Saviour. ( born again)

                Now, it starts with conviction of sin and the realization that Jesus Christ died on the Cross as payment for the penalty for our sin. We call out to Him for forgiveness, turn away from our old sinful lifestyle and in faith accept Jesus Christ as our savior and Lord. ( New life) and then our destination change by faith according to John 5:24; “he who hears my word, and believe Him who sent me has eternal life, and also says “ therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away, behold all things are become new.  When once we recognize that we are sinners, Romans 3:23, “for all have sin and fall short of His glory”, 1 John 1:8, “if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us”. And we believe that Jesus Christ the Son of God came, died and resurrected for our forgiveness and salvation and that we have eternal life through Him. John 3:16. Now we know that we were crucified with Christ; and it is no longer we who live but Christ lives in us; and the life that I now live, I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and delivered himself up for me. Galatians 2:20. Our new live obtained by faith in Christ Jesus.
